terms of service

By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read my TOS and agree to the following:

  • I, as the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. You cannot claim it as your own.

  • I have the right to decline a commission at any point.

  • I maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. HOWEVER, I will not post pieces upon request.

  • I do not accept cancellation after starting the artwork.

  • I do not accept refunds or returns after work has begun. If, for some reason, I am unable to continue the commission, I will provide a full refund.

  • The client may edit, crop, and resize the art I give you. HOWEVER, I require you still credit me for the piece.

  • The client may post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit or link back to me.

  • The client may requests small edits and corrections to finished pieces. Large edits and redraws must be paid for.
